Copyright Infringement Policy

Filing a Proper Notice

Your DMCA request must contain the following details to be reviewed:

  1. Your identification
    Provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work
    Identify the work being infringed. If several works are affected, you may submit a list.
  3. Infringing material location
    Give the exact URL(s) where the infringing content can be found on buttplugtube.
  4. Good faith claim
    Include a statement confirming you believe the content is not authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy and authority
    State, under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.
  6. Signature
    A typed name or electronic/physical signature will be accepted.

Counter-Notification Rights

If you believe your material was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice through our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your full contact details.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location on buttplugtube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was an error or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or if outside the U.S., the courts where buttplugtube operates) and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After a valid counter-notice is received, content may be restored within 10 business days unless we are informed of ongoing legal proceedings.
